Frankie Muniz and co‑driver Tyler Stone sealed the 2026 Pirelli GT4 America Am Class Championship with a second‑place class finish in the season finale at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course.
Muniz entered the 60‑minute title decider in the No. 30 TechSport Racing Ford Mustang GT4 with a nine‑point lead over rivals James Walker Jr. and James Clay. Starting 10th in class after a poor race start, the pair had to fight through the field.

With just over 17 minutes left, Muniz passed Walker Jr. for third place, then lapped second‑place car Anthony Geraci five minutes later. This secured the championship without needing to win the race — Muniz finished second in class, eight seconds behind class winner Laura Hayes.

Muniz, best known for his role in Malcolm in the Middle and as a full-time driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Driver for Team Reaume, had never raced sports cars before this season with his first GT4 experience in practice at Sonoma. He claimed his first career pro racing win at Road America in August and added two more class victories with Stone. The No. 30 TechSport Ford Mustang GT4 finished the year with three wins and seven podiums in 13 races.
